The Monks

From across our great land, they came together to create something that had previously never been done in the United States…a brewery making only Belgium style beer.
The resulting product is as good as you will find anywhere.

The Brewery
Many years ago, they started traveling to Belgium to see how their favorite beers were brewed. Along the way, they learned about themselves as well as the beer. The three friends started brewing themselves and never looked back, honing their brewing skills to develop high quality ales reminiscent of the fine ales coming out of Belgium.
Bill McFee is a trained brewmaster, whose dedication and taste buds provide the basis of most beer on our menu.
Keith DeLoach is a local entrepreneur with a wealth of knowledge and experience in many different arenas. Keith keeps everyone on point and maintains our forward momentum.
Matthew Saady is a scientist by heart and dedication. Matt oversees lab activities that include yeast management, quality control and yeast strain development.
Kevin Abbott is the head brewer, responsible for perfect execution and reproducibility. He is also quite talented with varied treatments and conditioning.
