Master Fusion Chef, Chris Paul
Chris is a Certified Master Fusion Chef, having earned his credentials at Johnson & Wales University College of Culinary Arts, a graduate of the Florida Culinary Institute, and continued his formal training at North Tech. He also studied under Master Chefs in Mexico, Australia and New Zealand, and is well-known for his creativity and artistry in marrying flavors within an array of international cuisines. Chris has successfully operated two independent fine dining restaurants, acts as a consultant within the industry, had his own morning television show on the Lifetime network, and is working on his second cookbook. He current focus is on in-home dining, interactive events, and wine and beer pairings.
