On Saturday, August 10th, we welcome Master Chef Chris Paul as he presents 4 courses of unique culinary selections for this gourmet dinner pairing event. Certified in all world cuisines, Paul has earned the title of Master Fusion Chef – one of only 7 in the world – and is celebrated widely for his artful and innovative dishes.
For this special event, we are reaching into the cellar and pairing each course with a hand selected vintage beer to bring out the unique qualities and flavors of each plate.
